Dr. Heather Brooks DVM
Dr. Brooks graduated from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Salisbury University in 1993. Dr. Brooks has taken advanced courses in dentistry and laser surgery techniques. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog Fin, and her cat, Keagan. She also enjoys going to the beach and horseback riding.
Dr. Paula Parham DVM
Dr. Parham graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University. She worked as a veterinary technician for over 15 years before returning to school to earn her DVM. She enjoys cooking, gardening, reading mysteries, watching classic movies (especially those with Cary Grant) and spending time at home with her husband Greg and cats Henry and Hyde when she isn’t working.
Kris is currently our head receptionist. She has been with us for 7 years. She and her husband like to spend time in Assateague. Kris also enjoys cooking, and stocks her kitchen with produce from her organic garden which her dog Bailey loves to taste test for her.
Allison started here volunteering as a veterinary assistant in 2014. After working another job in the animal field, she decided to return to work as a veterinary technician. Her love and compassion for animals is very obvious. She is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science degree. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her friends, family and cat, Lily.
